Conceptualized and led the design of a centralized operations and HR system for a 30-person startup, migrating week-long manual processes into a unified Notion and Trello workflow that gave the entire team real-time visibility across all functions.
HR
Managed end-to-end recruitment for 10+ hires across specialized creative and technical roles over two years. Owned the full hiring cycle, from crafting job posts to conducting interviews, and mediated workplace conflicts around transparency, collaboration and team dynamics with discretion and professionalism.
Project management
Led end-to-end project management for multiple content delivery projects, including e-learning courses built in Articulate 360 for Wella and several book projects managed from brief to final delivery. Coordinated cross-functional teams across 3 to 6 month timelines with 100% on-time delivery.
Social media
Running social media for two current clients, Decide by Tierah "Bob" Lothbrok and Convene Lab, across Facebook, Instagram and LinkedIn. I plan each month's content calendar, write the captions, design the post graphics, schedule everything to publish on time, and report back on how the posts perform.
